1. Website information
Destination descriptions, sample itineraries, images, package ideas and other website content are provided for general travel-planning information. Availability, inclusions, routing, schedules, visa requirements and prices can change and should be confirmed in the final written proposal or booking confirmation.
2. Enquiries are not confirmed bookings
Submitting a Plan My Trip form, WhatsApp message, phone enquiry or email does not by itself create a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only after the applicable proposal is accepted, required payment is received and PentaGo Holidays issues the relevant confirmation.
3. Prices and availability
Travel prices may depend on dates, traveller count, room configuration, exchange rates, supplier availability, taxes and other factors. Unless a written quote states otherwise, displayed or discussed prices are indicative until booking confirmation.
4. Supplier terms
Flights, hotels, transfers, activities, visas and other travel services may be provided by third parties. Their availability, operating rules, check-in conditions, cancellation terms and service limitations may also apply to your booking.
5. Changes, cancellation and refunds
Cancellation, amendment and refund conditions depend on the services booked and will be communicated in the applicable proposal, invoice, itinerary or booking terms. Where specific written booking terms conflict with this general website page, the specific written terms for that booking will apply.
6. Traveller responsibilities
Travellers are responsible for providing accurate names and details, reviewing confirmations, carrying valid identification and travel documents, meeting passport and visa requirements, following destination rules, and informing us of relevant special requirements before booking.
7. Website use
You may use this website for lawful personal or business travel enquiries. You must not attempt to disrupt the website, access restricted administration areas without permission, submit malicious content, misuse forms or copy substantial website content for competing commercial use.
8. Images and intellectual property
PentaGo branding, original website design and original written material are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Some destination images may be supplied by licensed third-party sources and remain subject to the relevant owner's rights.
9. Limitation relating to third-party services
Travel can be affected by weather, government action, supplier changes, transport disruption and other events outside PentaGo Holidays' reasonable control. Any responsibility for a particular booking will be determined by the confirmed services, applicable supplier terms and applicable law.
